Cameron and Donna have been helping businesses find clarity throughout their careers. Cameron has worked with several small businesses on strategy development, market analysis, and overall transitions. He has overseen a wide range of business situations from the complete transition of a business with a couple hundred-thousand dollars in revenue to the sale of a group of companies worth over a quarter of a billion dollars. Donna has provided back office bookkeeping support for small businesses ranging from manufacturing to modeling. She has also owned four small businesses and worked as CFO for a multi-million dollar Healthcare conglomerate. Together they are using their expertise to help businesses accelerate results.

Cameron Marsh

Cameron has been consulting businesses in the areas of process improvement, strategic growth, and turnaround implementation for over 10 years. He has overseen both buy-side and sell-side transactions ranging in size from $10+MM to $250+MM. His work includes several SAAS implementations including company-wide payroll, billing, and record-keeping databases; as well as, regulatory compliance with State and Federal Agencies. He has helped several small and medium size businesses consider entry to a new market, strategy creation, and financial statement analysis. His work on process improvement and system development has saved millions in wasted resources while increasing top-line growth. Cameron also has significant experience with interim management, process development, and financial due diligence.

Cameron often works with clients to create, implement, and optimize strategy. Cameron and his team devise, analyze, and optimize a solution for your business to prosper into the future.

Donna Marsh

Donna's experience spans more than 40 years across a myriad of industries. She has owned 4 small businesses over her career. Her two back office bookkeeping companies provided critical support for businesses ranging in size from a single individual recruiter to a company with over $25 million in annual revenue. Her experience as Founder and CEO of a multi-state organization required her to not only oversee the operations of the business, but grow the business while complying with State and Federal regulations. She has also served as CFO for a portfolio of sixteen nursing facilities where she oversaw all financial aspects of the organization. She has extensive knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliation, and collections. 

Donna works with clients to breakdown their financial metrics and provide easy to understand insights. Donna and her team provide the Back Office Support and CFO Services necessary to get and keep the business on the right financial path.
